Vintage Hand Painted Sculpted Ceramic Pear Pitcher
This beverage pitcher was artistically created to resemble a pear. The sculpted body of the pitcher has the same texture found in a real pear. The spout and the handle are made to resemble a vine and leaves. The handle is comfortable to hold and allows for a sturdy pour. It has a sticker on the bottom which reads "Made in Japan". Although unmarked, it most likely can be attributed to the Haldon Group.
Measures ~ 7 1/4" H x " 7 3/4 W x " 4 3/4" L. Holds ~ 42 ounces of liquid.
It is in excellent vintage condition. Without chips, scratches, crazing, or cracks. The colors are intact and bright. The glaze is shiny. Please view the photographs.
