Using:

First adjust to the E gear and wait for the humidity to drop to about 40%, then adjust back to the D gear. For the first time using, keep the box empty and adjust to E gear and run it for one night. 
E gear is the maximum power and A gear is the minimum power.
If you feel the humidity is high, increase the power, if humidity is low, decrease the power
