Items are sold AS-IS, no returns or refunds unless item is not as described. Comes from a non-smoking home, and from my personal collection. NOTE: The USPS is in some cases shipping items much more slowly than normal. I cannot control how quickly they ship an item, only how quickly I get it into their hands.
