In addition to the main title of this book, the front board and the title page also note, "The 7th and the Sioux" and "June 25-16, 1876".  SELF-PUBLISHED BY ROBERT C. KAIN, WHO ALSO INSCRIBED, DATED (JUNE 1970), AND SIGNED THE BOOK ON THE HALF TITLE PAGE.  I have been unable to find another example of his signature to confirm this signature, but I have no reason to believe it is not authentic.  It was purchased in an estate sale in the Washington DC area.  Overall in VERY GOOD CONDITION.  Boards with light corner and top/bottom spine wear, clear lightly rubbed gilt titling and decoration front board and spine, no further wear in 128 clean and solidly bound pages.

This book on the Battle of the Little Big Horn is considered by many experts as the best on the history of the Massacre with accurate description of the events leading to and taken place on those two days in 1876, including the list of total casualties.
