Suzuki 4/4 Violin, Vintage Japan
1971 Strad, Resonant, Long Sustain, Roth #290
This is a vintage and collectable
1971 violin from the Suzuki Company, and it is in excellent condition for its
53 years of use. It has premium fittings including Caspari® adjustable-tension
tuning pegs in Rosewood along with a beautiful Rosewood tailpiece and chin rest.
The soundboard is close-grained
Spruce for finest projection and strength, and the fingerboard is high-grade
Ebony wood. At the time it was built, Suzuki used premium seasoned tone woods,
and the violin’s 53 years of performance have improved its sustain and resonance
to produce an excellent timber.
A new lightweight plush case, rosin, and a good Glasser fiberglass bow are included.
Please see pictures for minor wear, tiny
finish nicks, a few slight scratches, and very small dings, but no cracks.
