This is an antique Christmas ornament made in Austria.
It is a hand-blown glass bulb with star-shaped crinkled wire tinsel around the ornament and with an indent in the center.
The wire is decorated with mercury glass beads.
The ornament is multicolored and is a vintage/antique. It was manufactured in about 1940 and is a collectible item.
Size is 4" including the tinsel.
