Beautiful ornament with 22k plating. Hand colored with a glossy epoxy seal. This is a rendition of an 8 cent U.S. Christmas stamp from the year 1973. The original design was created by artist Dolli Tingle, also known as Dolli Brackett.

Winco made several of these in the form of ornaments.  Some light scratches and wear from storage, but in overall good condition.
