This is an original press photo. United States Air Bases (Spain). Underlined are ports and air bases in Spain whose use purportedly has been granted to the United States in the 20-year defense agreement signed with Spain, Saturday. Official Madrid informant indicated the protocols include use by United States Mediterranean fleet of the ports of Ferrel, Cadiz, Cartagena, Valencia and Mahon on Minorca. United States Air Force would have the use of several Spanish airfields near and about Albacete, Madrid, Barcelona and Seville. Photo measures 8.25 x 8.25 inches. Photo is dated 9-26-1953.
