1945 Press Photo Raymond Muse loads Wheat in Railcar at Davidson, Oklahoma

This is an original press photo. Raymond Muse directs the spout which is pouring wheat from an elevator into a gravel car at Davidson, Oklahoma. This car, which holds 1,800 bushels, is used in place of a covered grain car, because of a shortage of railroad equipment to move the bumper wheat crop from the Oklahoma section.Photo measures 9 x 7.25inches. Photo is dated 06-19-1945.
