What does torque represent?
Common torque unit: 1N.M=10KG CM=0.1KG.M
The standard torque of the motor is 10KG CM, assuming rotating with a pulley, the radius of the pulley is 1CM, and the output tension of the belt is 10KG; If the pulley radius is 2CM, the output tension of the belt is 5KG, and so on.
Concept of torque: torque=tension perpendicular to the force arm x force arm
For example: drum lifting, one drum radius=force arm=10cm, lifting weight=5KG, requires torque=5KG X10cm=50kg.cm
The other drum radius is equal to the force arm=5cm, the lifting weight is 5KG, and the required torque is 5KG x 5cm=25kg.cm
