Unused vacuum tube RF tuner assembly. NOS (New Old Stock) electronic component, still in its cardboard packing!
We had some of these in the past, and they were a sell out. We found a few more, and have created a schematic for them. This makes them useful for the average experimenter. A good knowledge of electronics is still recommended.
FM receiver front end tuner section utilizing a 12DT8 tube.
Use as a complete unit, or for parts. Contains many useful parts, including resistors, capacitors, varactor diode, 3 variable coils, 2 variable piston capacitors, dual section air variable capacitor, RF ferrite transformer. The majority of parts are easily removable, see photo. Useful steel RF enclosure. With schematic.
