These are brand new, unopened and are to be used as replacement batteries for the Olight X9R Cell keychain flashlight, which is NOT included in this listing.

International Buyers
I ship all of my items internationally though eBay’s Global Shipping Program.  Therefore, I have absolutely no control over international shipping rates.  From what I understand, their rates are calculated on a number of factors, which include the weight and dimensions of the specific item.  I also have no control over which carrier they choose to deliver the item though.   

International Parcel Forwarding
I advise against using these services.  I offer international shipping via eBay's Global Shipping Program.  If you choose to circumvent that service and utilize a parcel forwarding service to receive this item outside of the United States and your item arrives broken or defective, I cannot be expected to pay for your return service from your home country.  I offer domestic returns from the address your item is shipped to inside of the United States.  If you chose to circumvent that service, you do so at your own risk.
