Up for sale is a rare, vintage and out of production Secret Of Blue Water Character Figure Collection - Electra 1/15 Scale Resin Model kit by Kaiyodo released in 1991. It requires paints. Kit is Brand NEW in original packaging, unopened box. Figure stands about 4.5 inches tall.
