Has cosmetic wear on the case as shown in the photos

Original power adapter is included (see photos)

Turn on but does not fully boot - Shows "Bus Error" - See detailed start up process below and see the last 2 photos:

- Makes start noise through speakers after power button is pushed

- Disc/fan can be heard starting up

- Goes to the "9.1" screen as shown in the photos

- Goes from the "9.1" screen to "BUS error" screen and stays there until un-plugged from power adapter
