18th Century American Bronze, Two Part Spoon Mold, Silver + Pewter Spoons, c. 1750 - 1800. This spoon mold has a black darkened bronze patina. This is a very early American two-part spoon mold, probably manufactured in the Northeast, United States. This is the mold for a pewter rat tail tablespoon. The mold comes in two parts which fit together and the liquid metal is poured into a hole at the top of the bowl. Wonderful American Pewter Spoon Mold, made of Bronze.
