Works perfectly on all bands including  MW, FM and  short waves(49M) . No broadcast is available on LW, hence no reception.Tested with 6 "C" size batteries and included AC 110/220V cord. Batteries  not included. Sound is loud, clear and crisp. Antenna is complete, straight, extends and retracts perfectly.. Battery compartment is clean. All controls work as they should.
