I bought this lovely 207cc for my wife back in October, and then she decided to get herself a 67-reg Audi convertible, rendering this car redundant.

We have done less than 250 miles since purchasing and it runs well with no knocks or bangs.

The depollution error that is common to the 1.6 THP turbo engine on this GT model is present most of the time.

There was a sunny day just after Easter so I put the roof down and set off. It came back up again fine, but now refuses to drop. The sequence of roof opening only goes as far as unlocking the roof and open ong the boot lid ready to accept the roof....but the roof doesn't pull back. Boot lid keeps wanting to go back further, so I suspect a sensor isn't registering that the boot is sufficiently open (which it is).

Passenger electric window stopped working at the same time as the roof. Drivers side is fine.

It needs a proper diagnosis which I don't have the skills, tools or interest to do. If you know your way around these roofs please consider this one...it's good in every other respect, clean, good steering, suspension, gearbox etc.

Mot until September.

Located in Wrexham, North Wales.

Viewing welcome.

Photos are from the previous seller when I bought it in October. NB the roof doesn't work - these pics show it when it did work.
