Streamlined lightweight 10-6 sleepers were used by railroads across the USA in the 1940s, 1950s and 1960s, and many lasted well into the Amtrak era.
This car is complete, in original box, and unused. Box has very slight shelf wear - see photos. Car has no wear or signs of use. I have not had it out of the box in 30 years, except to photograph it for this sale.
Comes in its original box, which has been storage for over 30 years. Rivarossi model number 2981/0.
