Cobra Commander (ENEMY LEADER)
Released by Hasbro between 1982 & 1983 as one of their 1st series of "swivel-arm" Action Figures.
Comes 100% COMPLETE with Original File Card and Black Laser Pistol. O-ring is snug, joints are firm and uncracked.
Very minor paint wear, and a factory black mark on his chest. The silver paint on his head looks really good.
Overall EXCELLENT Condition!
