Up for auction is a beautiful original 2 owner 1973 Ford Pinto Runabout with 40,022 garage kept original miles.

Vehicle is equipped from factory with a 2000 CC 4 cylinder motor, with a select shift cruise-o-matic  automatic transmission, manual front disc brakes, am/fm radio, accent group, color keyed racing mirrors, flipper rear quarter windows, luggage rack roof, upgraded paint Glamour Gold Metallic paint, Front and rear bumper guards, deluxe bumper group, fold down rear seat, passenger area carpeting.

The car is all original including the paint with exception of the cowl which was pealing so I had just the cowl repainted which matches well, see pics. The factory original 51 year old paint is in very good overall condition with some imperfections. The car is basically a solid car with the exception of the right lower rear quarter behind the wheel the size of a quarter and 2 small spots on the rear hatch. There is minor surface rust in a few areas but not rotted.

The moldings and chrome is in excellent condition.

The undercarriage has surface rust but is solid!!!!

The interior is in excellent overall condition.

All lights, gauges, and optional equipment operates properly.

Vehicle has new tires, battery, rear wheel cylinders, fuel tank flushed. Vehicle runs and drives extremely well!!!!

This is an exceptional all original piece of history! What a cute little car that is a true pleasure to drive. It turns heads and is a conversation piece whenever its taken out!

This is an unmolested Pinto that is a rare find!!!!

Vehicle retains the original sales brochure and window sticker as well as the original selling dealers sticker.
