Rudolph binges with his guests, but he suffers a heart attack on the spot and falls into a coma.
The relatives gather with their lawyers to argue about what is going on with the will, but Rudolph is in a coma but still alive and has nothing to do, and he is worried that all his inheritance will pass to his eccentric nephew Merealgra (Peter O'Toole).
Merealgra arrives late, but overhears the exchange between her relatives behind the scenes and quietly leaves with her dog Kronos.
Five years later-- Merealgra lives in an underground sewer with Dima (Omar Sharif) in the mud.
His dog Kronos is already dead.
They spent their days waiting for the death of Merealgra's uncle Rudolph and the inheritance they would inherit..
