The item up for auction is a RARE NMIB MATCHBOX LESNEY 48 A5 METEOR SPORTSMAN MKII BOAT & TRAILER w/7.5 x 18 SPW. This is a near mint boat and trailer model. It has a black trailer and light brown boat deck with a blue hull. The trailer has 7.5 x 18 SILVER PLASTIC wheels with domed ROUNDED axles and braces on the trailer bars in front of the axle housing. The trailer tongue is the NARROW type. The paint is graded as C9+ since it has slight edge wear on the tan top of the boat and very small points on the trailer. The axle appears to have full factory luster. I believe this model is Stannard code 5. The "B4" box is very nice and complete but it has heavy edge wear on one end flap, the brown and blue sides are wrinkled, one end flap hinge has been taped on the inside (it is almost invisible) and both faces show a very slight crush. The box is nice enough to be displayable.
