This is just a cool $50 2013 Federal Reserve Note.  Star notes are not that rare, true binary numbers (computer code 1's and 0's only) are more rare than 7 of a kind, but it is super rare to see 2 rare things on the same note.  The serial number 00111000 translates to "56" in binary code as the 8, 16, and 32 spots are marked with a 1.  You can only do this math with a true binary note.  There are only 255 possible binary numbers in an 8 digit 1's and 0's code, so if the run was completed to 99999999 there can only be 255 notes in true binary out of 100 Million printed.  How many ALSO have a star next to it? might be a unicorn...

Maybe you are turning 56 years old this year?  then the note says "ME 56" in computer language. :-)
