The RF-4EJ is a modified reconnaissance aircraft type of the Air Self-Defense Force's F-4EJ.
One of the three reconnaissance pods and the ECM pod were mounted on the underside of the fuselage, and the cockpit instrument panel was also changed to a dedicated one.
In addition, it is known that the aircraft has forest camouflage using characteristic light pine needle color, dark pine needle color, and ochre color for the marking.
