Mid-early sauerkraut hybrid of the Dutch company “Bejo Zaden” intended for cultivation for summer and autumn crops. Vegetation duration is about 80 days from planting seedlings. The humps are tightly twisted, have a good internal structure, and grow to a weight of 1.5-2.5 kg. The leaves are corrugated, wrinkled, with a slightly different consistency than white cabbage – it has more proteins and vitamins, and a mild taste. Suitable for making salads, pie fillings and doves. If necessary, you can plant more densely to grow smaller, more compact clumps. Grows well in various soils, does not require fertilization. Fusarium resistant. The autumn harvest is suitable for short-term storage.
