This bike has been a labor of love of mine. It began with a 1960 G Flathead 45 motor which I had completely rebuilt by the
experts at 45’s unlimited. It’s not a stroker, but performance has been improved with over-size valves and other little
tricks recommended by the guys at 45’s. It has a rebuilt 4 speed transmission with a jockey shift setup. (not a ratchet style).
The foot clutch completes the old school setup. It has a Morris MM3 magneto and has been timed and valves are adjusted.
The generator has had a Cycle Electric voltage regulator added for reliability and a battery eliminator for a simple wiring
schematic all run thru the frame along with an internal throttle to get the cleanest look I could achieve. A push/pull kill switch
is near the seat. She runs with a rebuilt Linkert M88 carb. Other goodies include a BDL belt drive system, disc brakes front
and rear and a very cool vintage style front brake control. The frame and shotgun drag pipes are by Paughco.
I built this bike with every intention of riding her but my right knee has become worn out and replaced and I can no longer kick
start a bike. It has been fired up many times by my buddies (video of start up available) and sounds fantastic but it has zero miles
so a full shakedown is highly recommended. The patina is natural, not made by chemicals. It developed over a few years in the garage and is very lite. It does not have a clear coat and can be easily removed for a custom paint job if you so desire.
It was fully registered in 2019 but was put in non-operational status in 2020. Clear California title in my name.
I encourage questions so don’t hesitate to ask. I can assist in shipping and will consider an International sale.
