Used and one figure has one arm missing (see pic).However, other than that missing arm, the rest of the pieces look great. Note second pic is a stock photo showing set as advertised. No original box but will be packaged well prior to shipment. Despite any flaws, this is your opportunity to get this set at a bargain price and the set still looks great.
