Pan American by CG Conn Conn tenor saxophone, #P31***, made in 1930, among the greatest years of Conn saxophone manufacturing. It is set up and ready to play on pads older than midlife with necessary replacements. Worn relacquer finish, study the photographs carefully. There are cosmetic blemishes on the body of the sax as seen in the photos. Naked lady engraving on the bell. Photo #6 shows a somewhat sloppy but solid resolder of the neck brace, no effect on the great sound of this sax. It plays with a solid, strong presence and excellent edge.

Comes in its vintage Conn case in fair but solid condition, and packed in plenty of padding for safe shipment.
