EU DELIVERY - express tracked and signed for, approximately 5 working days delivery via the Global Shipping Programme. All duties and customs are paid upfront so you will receive your order at your doorstep.

Other international shipping - (North & South America, Asia, Africa and more) available through the Global Shipping Programme. Delivery and customs cost are displayed automatically and payable upfront so you will receive your order at your doorstep.

Dispatch: the cut off time for same day dispatch is 2:30pm GMT, Monday to Friday. Orders placed later than 1pm will be dispatched the next day. Weekends and bank holidays are excluded.

This means that in the very unlikely event there may be any* specifically hardware issue with your computer, which had not described or advised of in the product description, we guarantee to fix it free of charge, including delivery, parts and engineering labour costs. Returns: all products had passed multiple and thorough profession tests and checks to give you the complete peace of mind against any faults or issues. 

In the unlikely event you would like to return this item, you have 30 calendar days* from delivery date to do so. From years of experience in the industry, we have come to understand this period is most sufficient for our customers to verify that the condition of their purchases is exactly as it was described.

Items must be returned in the very same technical and cosmetic order and with the same accessories as when they were first supplied to you. Serial numbers and usage parameters (such as shutter count, battery cycle, other) are stored and will be matched. Returns will not be approved and charges may apply where discrepancies are found.

We are very serious and strict about any fraudulent attempts and unreasonable demands, which will be reported to the relevant police authorities and persecuted with the full strength of the law.

Tracked return postage is at buyer’s cost unless otherwise authorised. You must reach out to us for complete return instructions, including address, which is different from our registered London office address.
