Here is a Microsoft SideWinder Plug & Play Game Pad Game Controller.  Has a USB plug.  Model # X04-97602.  I tested this on my PC and found it to work great.  Gently used, very slight signs of wear.  Look at the pictures - they are the actual item for sale and show the condition well.
