The main thing to mention about this massive lot of Avengers comics is that they never had bags/boards. They all suffer a bit from storage issues, corner bends, spines lifted/curled a bit, spine tics, that kind of thing. There is a bit of foxing here and there, some of the outer edges have tanned out. Pages are white more often than not. There are a few tears around the edges, a colour break here and there, a small stain, a staple tear. But, on the whole, they aren't too bad despite that.
I'd say the middle part of this lot is generally in better shape than the earlier and later issues. All the same problems, just less so. One thing about the later issues is that if they have a white back cover they are almost always tanned around the edges.
A couple of issues do stand out:
#316, the bottom corner edge has a colour break and is dog-eared as it was folded over at one point.
#377 - There is a large tear on the side edge of the front cover, a couple of inches with some colour lift.
The foil issues do not escape the various storage issues.
As a broad grade range I'd go Fine- to NM-, there are a few below, I'm not too certain if any are straight up NM but some are borderline. To go a bit more specific, due to the storage issues you're more in the FN/VF to VF- range for the majority with quite a few VF or a bit better.
