RCA Victor "Custom Records", catalog Number N70P 3766.  I don't know the year of production, but the inscription on the record is dated 1963.  The jacket has heavy edge wear and splits, one on the bottom edge about 5" from opening, two on the top edge at opening about 6" and from spine about 2", and the spine is split about 8" from the top - so a well split jacket.  Besides the splits, there is light soiling, no rings, and a NICE INSCRIPTION - transcribed below.   The record has been removed from the jacket and the record (in its sleeve) and the jacket are stored and will be shipped separately in a plastic sleeve.  The LP was stored in a plain white inner sleeve, LOOKS QUITE PLAYABLE with a faint scratch or scuff over clean vinyl.

NICELY INSCRIBED AND SIGNED BY, I BELIEVE, SARAH FERSHKO.  Here is what it says: "With Love to Mr. & Mrs. Berlin! Sara & Chiam Fershko Baltimore 1963".  I can't find any other handwriting samples from her, but I'm guessing its hers based on the handwriting style and that the inscriber identified "Sara" first.

On Sarah Fershko from the internet:

"Born in Poland, she graduated The Warsaw Conservatory. World War II interrupted her career. However, her soprano voice continued to develop in spite of suffering caused by the war.

After the war, Mrs, Fershko went to live in Israel with her husband, the noted pianist-composer Hayim Fershko. In her new homeland, she pursued her career as a concert singer. She appeared with her husband in recitals throughout the country, and is a frequent performer over the Israeli broadcasting system, Kol Yisrael in the U.S.A. She performed successfully before most important and mixed audiences."
