Good used condition. May show wear from play.

Item will not have batteries included. Requires 2 AAA batteries. After you place batteries in item, press the on button on the front of the feet. If it only stays on for a few seconds, it means it went back to the test mode. It is not broken, (I thought it was until I researched and found the instructions) it is an easy fix. With the item off, press the on button and hold for about 4-5 seconds. It should blink about three times and turn off. Press the on button again and it should stay on until you turn it off or the battery dies. If you have any questions please let me know. I had to do a lot of research to find this information. Last picture is of the item turned on in a dark room.
