The toys have Velcro on the back, so they stick to the dog's tongue.

I was unable to test it because it requires the small watch like batteries in addition to traditional batteries. That area didn't look great with metal to me. So please be aware that I am selling this untested and assuming it doesn't actually walk. If you are able to clean up the metal and have the correct batteries to make it work again, that will just be a bonus.
