This adorable vintage 21in RODDY play doll from the 1950s has beautiful curly black hair, hoop earrings, flirty brown sleep eyes with attached bristle eyelashes and a hard plastic body and head. Lovely all original face paint and features, so sweet. She is the perfect play doll for all occasions and displays beautifully sitting, standing or sleeping. Her body has hardly any surface wear except for some scratch marks on her tummy. This doll is a head-turning walker. When the legs are moved back and forth, the head should turn from side to side, but hers is limited to turn to the right side only. Needs an adjustment as it was working great a little while ago when I tested it. Her right legs walking stride is also limited. Her arms are in tact but could use a new string/elastic adjustment as they are loose.  I believe these are minor issues as overall she is in very good condition for a 60 plus year old gem. Below her neck on her back is marked RODDY and MADE IN ENGLAND. Comes with her original cute lace trimmed, 3 front button front, printed dress, green ribbon belt with both back snaps intact. Dress is in excellent condition with no holes, tears, rips or stains. She has her cute yellow socks, no shoes. Please see many photo close ups as they are part of the description.
