Item is in like new condition. I am not sure it was ever used as the coin purse still has packaging inside and the Judith Lieber card is still in it. The strap has hinges on it so you can flip it inside the purse and carry it as a clutch. Just push down on the square piece on top to open the purse. Knob on the top is trimmed in tiny crystals.
