A wonderful tazza stand by Banks and Thorley I believe. An uncommon piece for sure. In overall good antique condition. It has crazing and a flea bite on one handle.. and a chip to the underside of the corner on the same handle. I hope I have shown it well. The tazza is stamped with the registration mark as I try to show, I believe this pattern is referred to as Fern and Bow.
