This was found in my grandmother’s teaching closet. Made by ETA CUISENAIRE many years ago. And I can’t find another one like it on the Internet. The title of the book is mass activities for the precision scale balance. And it came with a baggie with 40 assorted bears the bears come in yellow, red, green, and blue colors. They come in small, medium, and large. They are great math, natives for sorting and counting. But also used for Weights and balances for the scales. ETA 408 Brand new. Still in plastic wrapper.
