Motorola Radius GM 300 Model M43GMC29C2AA VHF Mobile Radio. THe radio has been tested and wll transmit and receive, it has nice clear audio.  It will also accept new programming if needed. Does not include MIC or power cable.  You will need a shorting plug, wire, or pc header jumper, to jumper pins 15 and 16 on the rear connector to enable the internal speaker.
