Not a grader, so please let the pictures be your guide.  They tell the whole story, best I can tell.  The usual spine cracks and minor folds/scuffs.  It's all there in the pics.

As I said, not a grader, and I would not venture to put a grade on it - my good friends at CBCS that graded much of my collection a few years back would have the final say in putting a grade on this.  However, I will say this - there is a CGC 3.5 on ebay at this moment that could be the identical twin to this one, looks like to my untrained eye.  On sale now for $599!  You can put a first bid on this one for 99 cents!  :)
