This is a 111 941 037 A headlight assembly without the glass lens.  See photo for markings.  The chrome ring is a  bent & dent but could probably repaired.  The bulb is Westinghouse & could be removed before shipping to save on shipping. I believe this fits VW Bugs from 1955-1966 and possibly Porsche.  Please check your application.
