This is a vintage squeaking toy elephant that looks like it's from the 1950s to 1960s. The only identifying marker is around the squeaker on the bottom where it says "made in germany".  The squeaker works and it's in very good condition. It was a bit sticky so I lightly washes it (without getting the bottom wet) with dawn dish soap and a soft toothbrush.
