I am offering a unique wood hand fan accented with linen on the outer edge. It shows what appears to be a village celebration with dancers, a cart with ox with party hats, and on lookers on horseback.

It has a number transcribed on the reverse side, not sure what it signifies.

The "scene" appears to be decoupaged onto the front surface, with added  handpainted accents on the outside edges .The fan is intact, tight, and easy to open. There is minor wear on the front of the fan, as shown in the photos. Fan measures 7 x 12 when open.
