The PSP version is a standard side-scrolling action game with 17 maps, and the story unfolds differently from the PS3/Xbox 360 version.
Prince, who has lost the lives of his relatives one after another to unknown enemies and continues his journey without knowing the identity of the enemy, confronts a powerful enemy with the power of time given to Helem, the daughter of the god of time.
