Very nice 6 LP set by Readers Digest, featuring 74 classic songs all gathered in one place.  Purchased new by my parents in and in our family since then (non smoking home).  I have personally listen tested the entire collection, as I do all records before listing.  Vinyl is in spectacular condition, and several of these may never have been played until now.  I'll rate the vinyl at Excl+, as everybody has a little different perspective on Near Mint.  There is a mark on side 2 of record 1, but the record plays straight through with no discernible change in sound quality.  Case is in very good overall condition, with no splits, tears or sun fading.  There is minor corner wear on the box from simply rubbing against other records over the years.  In my family for decades and now ready to join your collection for your listening pleasure!
