  VW OEM Steering Wheel Center - Plastic Horn Button Pad 72-73 Beetle, Ghia, Super Beetle, Convertible.  Please double check the application &  number as I did not find it on the part only through research. This pad has the large springs, U.S.A. red sticker, Wolfsburg & VW emblem.
