All parts are there including box, foam and literature.  Works fine, All the lights work, the sound works.  The only issue is after cycling down it continues to turn and makes a clicking sound, requiring you to unplug it.  You can see the video on FcBk.  It is a heavy large piece and shipping cost is too ridiculously prohibitive to send.  Local pickup in San Diego.
