Overall in great condition, with the lights fully working and the ring is 99% complete. The only piece that is missing is one of the thin black strips that go along the ring (nothing major). The lights have been tested and work, the only other thing is that there are a lot of wires hanging out (see photos for details). Please feel free to ask me any questions you have:)
