Vintage bowl made by Powell and Bishop. The bottom is stamped "Ironstone China Powell & Bishop" in black. The bowl is smooth on the outside and has a scalloped pattern inside. 

The bowl is 10 3/4 inches across at the top, 5 5/8 inches across at the base, and 4 5/8 inches tall. 

Please see pictures for condition. Note there are some scratches at the bottom inside.
