Vintage Mappin Webb Silverplate Salt Pepper Shakers W25096 Chiesmans Dept Store

Great addition to a salt and pepper collection or a nice memento of the Chiesmans department store which no longer exists.

IMPORTANT -- READ:

I was able to open the pepper shaker and clean it but I was not able to get the salt shaker open. I decided to not try further measures as I did not wish to damage it. I think a small strap wrench would work but mine is too big for this size piece.

These may need to be display pieces only if you are also not able to get the salt shaker open.
